The S.H.A.P.E. inventory is located within AccessACS, a secure online copy of FBC's membership data. Within AccessACS, you can:
1. Fill out your personal S.H.A.P.E. inventory.
2. View current service opportunities and notify an FBC staff member if you see
one that interests you.
3. View and update personal biographic information for yourself and your family
(you are not able to view personal information for anyone else).
4. Make an online donation to the General Fund, the Building Fund or the Missions
Fund using a credit card.
To do anything listed above you will need to:
1. Register for an AccessACS user name and password. (If you have ever given online or
updated your family's personal information, use the same user name and password as
you have used before. If you are a new user, see the Registration process below).
2. Log into AccessACS.
3. Click on "My Complete Profile" under "I Want to View..."
4. Scroll down to the section entitled Attributes.
5. Click on the eraser icon to the far right of any of the attributes (or click on the "Add
Attributes" link in the far right portion of the Attributes box) and make your selections in
each category.
6. Be sure to click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen when you have
completed your inventory.
To register for a user name and password:
1. Enter your first and last names and your email address on the Access ACS log in screen
and click on the Find Me button.
2. Once your online registration is successfully completed, you will be emailed a
user name and temporary password.
3. If your registration is rejected because of a mismatch, please send an email to
susan.white@fbconline.org; be sure to include your first & last names and your
preferred email address (if emailing from a different address). The church database
will be updated with your corrected data and uploaded to the Internet. Uploads are
performed several times throughout the week, so check back periodically to try the
registration process again.
