About Us: Families are the Foundation of our culture, community, and city. The health of the community is tied to the health and welfare of its families. Many times, the root causes in the issues of poverty, homelessness, abuse, and neglect stem from brokenness within families. Partnering with organizations that seek to be proactive in helping to build marriages and families, with the goal of producing healthier communities.

What does that mean to you?
Babysit?

Mentor a child or teen?

James 1:27: Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress.

This page is under development. Clarity on the role, focus, definitions and selection criteria for local community partners and serving opportunities is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in late August or early September. Once established, we will communicate all information around community partners and serving opportunities on our site. Projects for Families

Leaf Raking
"We came, we saw, we raked!"
Your family can rake one or more homes on a single Saturday morning. Maybe you don't like raking your own yard; but when you're with your family or with a group of friends serving in the name of Christ, a chore becomes a joy. Many yards take only fifteen to twenty minutes to polish off.

Thanksgiving: House-to-House Turkey Dinners
Turkey dinner: Great for needy areas! Identify one or more needy families and make a turkey basket, complete with everything the family will need for a Thanksgiving feast. For help finding needy families, go to specific shut-ins or families that you know are in need. Or, call local nonprofits and ask them who you can help.

Christmas Tree Giveaway
A few days before Christmas, lot owners are willing to give the trees away. With pickup trucks, vans, or SUVs, deliver them to financially stretched single parent families.
