Keith Montgomery Student Ministries Pastor

Thanks for your interest in Student Ministries. It is our privilege to serve students and families and to help them seek an active faith with an amazing God who loves them.

Keith Montgomery is the Pastor of Student Ministries. He leads the staff team over the ministries from 6th grade to College. This includes, Super Six (sixth grade), One Heart (middle school), Student Impact (high school) and Common Ground (college.)

His calling to ministry took place as a junior in high school when he realized he wanted to give to others what God had given to him through two youth pastors. He had been profoundly changed by God's love and this happened when two youth pastors invested in his life. If the battle between heaven and hell is fought in the human heart, then Keith's call is to be one whose heart is fully engaged and calling others to fully engage with this amazing God who deeply loves them.

His passions are:
• Working with God to change lives everywhere in the discipleship process (whether a person has a relationship with God or not)
• Helping the next generation rise up and realize that God is equally the God of all generations.
• Calling students to a first hand faith in Christ.
• Creatively pursuing those who sadly feel that the message of Christ through the church is irrelevant.

Keith completed his B.A. at Moody Bible Institute and a M.A. Min. at Moody Graduate School. He has been in ministry since 1988 and at Fellowship Bible Church since 1998. He and his wife, Susan, have four children, Kelsey, Caleb, Corey and Kyla.

Kathy Burle Student Ministries Administrative Assistant

Life is never dull in the Student Ministries' Office - there are always things to be organized & Kathy is chief organizer. As Administrative Assistant, she handles the detail work on retreats and events, tracks finances, updates the website, helps support the other Student Ministry staff, provides information for parents, and does whatever else she can to keep things humming. Kathy feels very privileged to be part of a ministry that helps students grow, both in their relationship with Christ and with each other. An Atlanta native, Kathy amazed her entire family by breaking Southern tradition and marrying Tim, a Midwesterner, 20 years ago. They have been involved in a mutual accent rehabilitation program ever since (she's winning). Tim and Kathy are blessed with two active college students, Ryan (UGA) and Amanda (Kennesaw State). The Burle Family has attended Fellowship since 1998, when they were attracted by the authentic worship and great teaching. Tim is a guitarist for the Worship Team and both kids have been active with the Youth Ministry. When there is spare time to be found, Kathy enjoys reading, surfing the Net, playing with the family dog, watching UGA football, and listening to her husband's guitar solos.

Teraza Lee Student Ministries Small Group Director

Teraza is fairly new to Fellowship and serves as a Student Ministry Small Group Director. She has worked in full time Youth Ministry for 8 years and enjoys the process of collaborating with others to create strategic environments where life transformation can take place. Teraza brings a dynamic unfolding vision for small groups which is fueled by her passion and deep conviction that young people are simply "better together."

With a powerful testimony of God's saving grace, Teraza became "Radically Saved" at the tender age of 15 and has been serving the Lord with her whole heart ever since. You will find her to be authentic, funny, sensitive, creative, and at times, just as crazy as the students and leaders she works with. She is truly a called person and her heart for young people is contagious.

While attending Tuskegee University in Alabama, Teraza met the love her life, her husband, Kevin. They have two amazing daughters, Heaven (4) and Kristen (1). When away from Fellowship she spends most of her time enjoying her family, extended family, and friends. She loves entertaining, bargain hunting, watching movies, and making a difference in the lives of young people.

Paul Bickford Junior High Pastor

Paul Bickford is the pastor to Junior High students here at Fellowship. He felt God's call to minister to youth when he was still in high school and has been involved in youth ministry for about 15 years. He loves to creatively communicate God's life-changing message to students. His passion is seeing that 'light bulb' turn on over a student's head when he or she begins to realize the immensity of God's love for them. Seeing the incredible fruit that accompanies this realization has truly been a blessing.

Paul has been married to his amazing wife Carn for 13 years. They have three wonderful children of whom he couldn't be more proud. When he isn't spending time with his family Paul enjoys drawing, painting, sports, fishing, reading and anything that involves being outdoors.

Michael Lodge Senior High Pastor

Michael's passion is to see students mature into an intimate relationship with God that transforms their lives and those around them as they become fully alive in Christ. He has worked with students since high school as well as S.W.A.T. Student Ministries and other organizations to lead students to Christ.

Graduating from Shorter College with a B.S. in Christian Ministries, Michael is halfway through to a Masters Degree. What drew him to FBC? It was a love for the Word of God and structuring everything around its teachings and principles.

The love of his life and closest connection to God is his wife, Stacia; they have "three crazy beautiful kids." When he's not spending time with his family, he enjoys music, reading, and outdoor recreation...and he loves being bad at golf.

Cathy Stavres Senior High AA

Cathy Stavres is ready to do whatever it takes to make things run smoothly in Student Ministry. As Administrative Assistant for Senior High, she helps organize everything from retreats to small groups, from Underground volunteers to parent communications. Cathy finds it a blessing to serve alongside so many amazing people that God has uniquely gifted for Student Ministry. She has a passion for teenagers and their parents when it comes to knowing Jesus and connecting with others in a church community.

Having been a volunteer teacher in Sunday morning children's classes for a number of years, and serving as a small group leader of teenagers, she truly appreciates and values the students at FBC. Cathy is the joyful wife of Andy and mother of two teenagers, Drew and Nicki. Cathy's goal is to provide the best Senior High experience possible for your students, so make sure you contact her with any questions or comments about Senior High!
